Car insurance comparison websites. Oh holy mother of god, I would like to go a day without being bombarded by 50 different adverts on TV for car insurance comparison websites. The most annoying is without doubt the adverts for 'confused.com'. What wankers they are. 'I'm totally confused.com', NO, NO YOU ARE NOT, YOU ARE CONFUSED, NOT CONFUSED.COM! Ugh. Their logo is utterly shit too. Before TV shows you get adverts from their sponsors, which is a car insurance comparison website. Tescos have their adverts saying they are the leading car insurance comparison website, not a supermarket, apparently. Other adverts are also boasting that they are the best ones and then you get car insurance company adverts saying you can't even get their quotes on car insurance comparison websites! Plus, what the hell is the point in such a thing? How hard is it to just do your own research? Are people that bloody lazy? Jesus christ. I wish they could be banned. Or at least I wish the adverts would be banned. Or just totally silent and they flick on and off in a second. Ugh.
'Blahblahblah was so overrated'. It annoys me when people claim that things are overrated or over hyped, etc. It mainly annoys me with films. Generally, if you're to agree with all the reviews that films dig out that are positive in order to help sell itself, all films are overrated, as usually the films aren't even good, yet somehow they've been praised. But also it's about personal opinion, not everyone will agree with every movie, but when they decide to somehow get the upper hand by saying it's overrated to seem like they know what they're talking about in some way, it's just stupid. Especially if that film is different and shows a new way of doing things, then it annoys me more as I think they need to open their mind a bit more. I will completely contradict this and say Rambo is overrated though. There is no point at all to such films being thought of, let alone made. Fucking piles of shit.
Most people I went to school with have just graduated. I want to feel happy for them, but I just feel bitter and kick myself and that annoys me.
The disappearance of good friday and saturday TV. It seems like a long tradition has died. Ok, so it was a tradition of being lazy and sitting on your ass even more than usual for 2 nights out of the week, but sunday TV has remained as bad as always, why can't friday and saturday remain good? :P
How it appears that I watch too much TV. I'm a student, it's the law.
